The short version: this site collects exactly one thing — your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies, no ads.
Who is responsible
The data controller is JAKUB_LEGAL_NAME, based in Poland. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address — only if you submit the waitlist form, used only to send you updates about GoodReason's beta and launch.
- Nothing else. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and uses no tracking pixels. We can't see who visited — only who chose to sign up.
Lawful basis
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You give it by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time — click unsubscribe in any email, or write to CONTACT_EMAIL — and withdrawing simply means you stop getting emails.
Who processes it
The waitlist is run on Buttondown, an email newsletter service. Your address is submitted directly to Buttondown and stored there; Buttondown is based in the United States, so your email address is stored on servers there. See Buttondown's privacy policy.
The site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse; we don't see or keep that data ourselves.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we retire the waitlist after launch — whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete your address, we do, without conditions.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you (it's one email address).
- Correct it, delete it, or receive a copy of it (portability).
- Withdraw consent at any time, as described above.
- Complain to a supervisory authority — in Poland that's the UODO, or the authority in your own EU country.

About the app itself
GoodReason isn't released yet. When it is, the reasons you type into it will stay on your machine — that's how it's built, not a policy promise — and the app will ship its own privacy policy. This page covers only this website and its waitlist.
